Welcome to the website of the 10th Virginia Infantry, Company G. We are a group of dedicated living historians who strive to accurately portray the Confederate soldier and preserve the memory of his heroic struggle.
As a Confederate, Progressive-Campaigner unit, we are aggressive in improving our appearance, our drill, and our equipment to become one of the premier units in the Civil War Reenacting and living-history community. We strive to be as historically accurate as possible in these areas. In addition, we do welcome families into the unit for the civilian aspect of our impression. Civilians played an important role for the soldiers on the field... not only by joining them in camps, but also through correspondence and home-front defense.
